Would be one hell of a frick up otherwise.

almost as bad as agreeing to appear in person for a court case when you have not even read your own rule that resulted in the court case.

You would be suing at least 11 schools directly.

Bring it on. Landry needs to call up our national guard and Cajun Navy and invade any state that tries to expel us. Take the Louisiana purchase back!

The way to do it is to vote on authorizing the league to proceed with removing LSU from the conference in lieu of corrective action and then hold that vote over our heads to force concessions.

If your spouse sues you, can you trust her again?

Lsu needs to say frick you, figure out a good exit strategy, either big or acc, and then sue the frick out of them.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a vote.
That vote would be non specific to LSU regardless of what all media is reporting.
That vote would be to give the conference the ability to remove a non compliant member if it chooses to.
Any institution that votes for this is voting to give the SEC more power over them in the future should they disagree with the SEC.

I don’t see a vote happening. There is a TRO and tons of lawyers advising both sides they know where the line is and there won’t be a crossing if it.
