they played it all season long, so why should we cater to the fans who didn’t notice until the last game of the season?
I know they played it all season long. I go to the games, but it just wasn't as noticeably annoying in those games. Look, when you annoy your own fans, the opposing team's fans, all the fans that are watching on TV, and you still lose a 7 OT game and give up 74 points, then it might just be time to just put it to rest. That's all I'm saying. I like the idea behind it, but it's just overly annoying.

I can see if you don't like the song, but most of the LSU fans in Tiger Stadium like it as you can clearly see and hear whenever it's played in the stadium. It's just one of those things that caught on. When I think of boring songs, I think of slow, quiet songs that kind of drag on. If the many people in Tiger Stadium that sing it very loudly (especially the students) were so boring, they wouldn't be singing anything out loud.
