2022:
If Howard gets the job this season then he unfortunately will transfer, however I highly doubt a freshman will be running LSU offense in 2022. So I think Brennan will get the job.

2023:
So if Brennan wins the job in 2022, then Nuss and Howard will battle it out in 2023. Whoever doesn't get the job will likely transfer.

Yes, I do.
Brennan nest year (Walker wants to redshirt)
Nuss in 23, possibly 24.
Walker up next for 2 years.

Nuss being there holds Brennan to a higher level of accountability. That’s never a bad thing.

I can't see a player with as much talent as Howard sitting on the bench for 2 years and I personally don't want that. We had a 5 star QB and need him for as many years as we can get him

Bruh he started 4 games, i was referring to him starting the season as our QB. Seems like you're the only one that doesn't understand this lol

Also, you're a Cincy fan, stick to following their sports

Honest question, yall think Nussmeier will ever start at QB for LSU? With Brennan coming back next year and Howard likely ready to go in 2023, it puts Nuss in an interesting place and I can't see a spot in which he would start for LSU.

Too many people on this board are making way more out of this than should be made. For the life of me, why does it bother you so much that you have to get on the Internet and plea for responses? Who knows? What difference does it make right now?

I think, with much better coaching, Nuss will do very well as a starter in 23, then go to the NFL. Then we will have Howard with 3 years of eligibility. But he will leave after 2. The NIL deals will help keep guys happy on the bench, knowing they are the future and will get their turn.

Literally no one here knows. I bet 80% of the people in this thread have never watched Walker play football. What if Walker gets hurt in game 2 his sophomore year, then what?

Just starting a conversation and asking peoples opinion lol what's the issue with that? If you don't like it then why are you on this thread reading responses and questions?

Davis said in post-game he didn't ask him to burn it, but from my understanding of what he said, Nuss certainly could have opted to play if he wanted to.

Him and his family are a pain in the arse. If he plays, he better be Joe Burrow-esque at this point.
