If I was to guess, I would say not at first. I do think there is a good chance he cracks the lineup by the time SEC play comes around.

Not at the beginning of the season but I think by mid-season he will be starting in CF.

I’ll give you an example, LSU was 11th in SEC ERA last year and 118th in nation. This board is awful at handling criticism of particular people.

Seems like we had a constant problem with injuries to pitchers last year.

I agree. But he’s had some raw talent around him and has done little with it. Hess has regressed. He would’ve been a 1st rounder if he could’ve been drafted his freshman year
