No. The fact is the Nick Saban is the most skilled technical coach. The fact is that Les Miles is blessed with uncanny luck (and one could argue that he creates his own luck) and is a coach who recruits well because he is a good guy who is loyal to his players.

I present facts, never opinion.

You cannot say that someone is "blessed with uncanny luck" and call that a fact. That is a completely subjective statement, as is your statement about Nick Saban quite frankly.

A&M win wasn't luck, we went up at half a dn they didn't score again till 1:30 left in the 4th quarter when we were up 12.

THe only luck involved in the Ole Miss game was in ole miss' favor. I don't know how we got lucky when they scored 14 points on 50+ yard plays and we still came back to win.

the score was as close as it looked in the florida game. We had two good drives and got FG they had two good drives and got tds (they were lucky that Minter was out for those drives)

This thread delivers. Thank you for the laugh.

BTW: Your logic and predictions have been no where near accurate and quite frankly are plain terrible. So I tell you what, you keep predicting the worse for LSU because every time you do you're wrong. Good to know that when I see you post a prediction I can bet the opposite of you and pull out a higher percentage of winning. Let's go hit Harrah's together, you're lack of accuracy will be my ticket to some $$$

Just like we are suppose to lose to N Texas because we are "ripe" for an upset?

I also predicted (and made a $100 bet) that Towson would beat LSU. I lost, but it was a close game.

for guy who seems like he gambles a lot you must admit 80% wins over an 8 yr period is one hell of a lucky streak, eh?

Scores don't always tell the full story big guy. Just like UF didn't just barely scrape by LSU.

You are right. T A & M beat the shite out of LSU as did Ole Miss. And I could put arky and Auburn in there as well.

Umm wow. Thats all I can say to that. They outplayed us for about 2-3 series and then didnt even score again til there were less than 2 minutes left in the game while LSU scored 24...interesting spin on that.

Ole Miss

Third Downs OM - 8/19 LSU - 7/17
Yards - OM - 463 LSU - 427
TOP - OM 27:53 LSu 32:07
OM had 4 TO and LSU had 3 TO
Each team committed 6 penalties.

So nice try but that was pretty much even statistically.

Auburn? Are you freaking kidding me?
I guess if you are going to try and bullshite this much I'll post those stats for you too.

First Downs LSU 15 AU 9
Third Down LSU 6/18 AU 2/12
Yardage LSU 351 AU 183
TOP LSU 33:11 AU 26:49

In what facet was it that Auburn outplayed LSU?

First off..LSU won, so how did Auburn "outplay the shite out of LSU? You make no sense

Second off...the point of our discussion was that the score doesn't always tell the whole story...and that crap was your argument.

So basically you argue that Auburn "beat the shite out of LSU".

Auburn lost on the score board and wasn't really even close in the stats. So I will ask you again, how did Auburn beat the shite out of LSU??

Man, I must have missed when they changed the rules that scoring less points than your opponent was good enough...
A win is a win...

I understand about work. You do realize your predictions for this year were pretty flawed though.

A "win is a win" doesn't apply when a Top 10 team scrapes by Towson.

Actually, yeah it still is a win. Counts the same whether you win by 2 or 20.

Does it apply when the team playing for the national championship beat BYU and Purdue by 3? Or when they beat Pitt in OT by 6 after Pitt missed a FG to win? Or when they beat Stanford by 7 because of a bad call?

I think that team agrees with me.

Georgia beat Florida who beat LSU so LSU would clearly lose to Ga.

by your own dipshit logic Alabama shouldn't have lost to the Aggs so there's that, and your a fricking dumbass for downgrading the wins to SC when they were the number 3 team in the country and a loss to the potential heisman winning quarterback on the road in their first real big home SEC game. O and that team went out and beat Bama the next week. No matter how good or bad the team is the Ole Miss game is always close in Tiger Stadium. I think the stat is that that game has been a 7 pt game or less every year since 1993. And then Arkansas is rivalry game against possibly the best QB in the SEC who had something to try to come out and salvage for reputation sake. In the SEC a win is a win and we may have a little shade of purple in our sunglasses but at least we aren't a fricking retard negatiger and I honestly you don't really believe the bull shite you put on this site. If you do believe it, you don't know anything about the way college football works. These games have a ton of emotion involved its not always the most talented and better coached team that comes out on top. Even though we did it 10 times and Les is going for his 11th win for the 6th time in 8 years, which is pretty damn impressive. We are in the Golden Age of LSU football, and if you have to find something to bitch about and can't just sit back and enjoy it then I feel bad for ya man
