Burrough averaged 2.3 seconds in getting his passes off. He won’t be sacked at that rate from the edge

They clearly had problems with this from time to time with GASO. It seems reasonable to assume that UT will be substantially better. As others have stated, I think the season goes as this unit goes.

The offensive scheme is predicated on matchups and getting the ball out quick, similar to the Saints. The difference is LSU can recruit the best of the best while the Saints have to draft and worry about salary cap. Joe Burrow is a cerebral QB, and this offense fits him perfectly.

I cringe when I see Traore in the game.

Great analysis. Thanks. Looking at the La Tech game I thought that LSU unceremoniously stomps the burnt orange out of them. Then, looking at the LSU o-line at times it seemed they would just going through a practice drill. They need to come out nasty.

I agree they are going to make some errors. I think some of the blitzes will disrupt thing, but probably not enough.

Let's hope it comes to that when LSU is up by 31.

We didn’t have our starting LT, rotated in backups early, and had the third string LT play a majority of the game.

Not worried
