Will LSU admins. make a public stand @ Destin mtgs. in May i.e. schd.

Will our leaders roll over AGAIN, when the SEC reveals the 2014 schedule w/ LSU vs. SC and Bama vs. Vandy ??? Remember, Womack loudly stated that bridge schedules of 2012/13 would have NO bearing on future schedules....meaning they'll be able to re-set whatever rotation they want !

I hope they make a stand on behalf of the school. It does appear that the schedule has always favored 1 team or another at times.
The one thing that stands out to me is the shifting on Bama's schedule. When Arkansas was the third best team in the SEC West, Alabama had the pleasure of playing them in September. Now that A&M has moved into the top 3, A&M gets to play Bama in September.
A&M and Arkansas are two teams that get better as the season progresses. ie A&M last year. Bama does not want to have to play A&M and LSU back to back weeks.

I don't think they've rolled over. Specific to the FL annual game I believe they have made our concerns known. Other than that, bitching is just whining. Play your schedule and move on. We'll get the benefit of the doubt if we need it.

Like it or not, the SEC is not all about LSU...as unfair as the schedules are, all "our leaders" can do it lodge a complaint. What do you want...for LSU to withdraw from the league?

I would want my "leaders" to act as such i.e. put some light on the issue and make the concerns of LSU known, publicly if necessary !
Do you see the recent "bridge schedules" as being an unbiased process ? In specific : Bama vs. MO/KY and LSU vs.SC/GA for the 2012/13 schedules !
IF bama does NOT get GA in 2014 do we just ignore it and say it's prob. just an anomaly ? NO,expose Womack as the manipulator he is...and Publicly !

Not once have a seen more that a "we tried to address scheduling deficiencies" !
Other SEC teams somehow get their traditions and preferences acknowledged ....LSU' nite game "tradition" gets ignored. And don't tell me the TV contract is at fault...WHO signs the contract...the SEC, that's who ! And it can and HAS been changed, in the past...see last years guaranteed nite game vs. bama. If one forms solid alliances and speaks up for themselves wondrous things can happen....see bama get most everything they want !

How hard would it be to have East #1 play West #1, East #2 to play West #2, etc... Base the rankings off the previous year's standing. Then keep your sacred permanent cross division opponent that only four teams care about.

Gee, with so many lily-livers in our fan base not willing to stand up for our school, why would our administration do so?
It's the team's job to show up and face any challenge that's thrown at it.
It's our administration's job to ensure that those challenges are distributed among the teams equally. It's their JOB to bitch, and that meeting is the appropriate venue to do so. They are LSU's only advocates. No one else will make the argument for them.
Do you really want LSU to just nod its head in compliance with EVERYTHING that those fools in Alabama try to get away with? Because believe me, they are trying. They try 24/7 to gain every competitive advantage possible to beat us, and they don't care if they come off as a bunch of crybabies.
Don't you all see that they're playing us for suckers? They're using our good nature and assumption of fair play AGAINST US. And then calling us out as crybabies when we do protest... because they know it works.
