I agree with this. I still don’t understand the reason you quit mid season. If you aren’t part of the team when they win, you don’t get a ring.
When I was a freshman, our team made it to the final 4 in the diii playoffs. Everyone on the team except 10 freshman got a plaque. I wasn’t good enough to get a plaque. I was on the damn team everyday and practiced hard because that is what you do when your on a team.

Spot on mkemp! He made the choice to leave. You don’t reward quitters. How can anyone justify giving a ring to someone not on the team? This should not even have to be answered.
