Why do you think they filed an amended court order on Monday? Accusing him of violating other rules and bylaws within the SEC? That was so they can penalize him for something else and say oh that had nothing to do with the pro players. It’s his professionalism issues and LSU’s lack of institutional control. Those are words that are in the court record and it is public record. If you wanna look it up yourself.

You can use common sense and look at rules. He is not getting suspended because no rules were broken. There is technically no rules about contacting pro players (which is why they used 1st amendment in their suit). If that was the rule it would have been the only rule being broken.
