How would you compare his skill set to Jarvis ? Maybe different styles but I hope he can be as productive in the league.

There will be 6+ WR's drafted in the first round this year and Jefferson will be one of them.

JJ will probably run a 4.55

I think mid 2nd.

Also JJ is not 6'3.
He def is 6'3", my man. Didn't you see him standing taller than Beckham Jr in that infamous handing out money video?? Lol But I do agree with you on him running probably around a 4.55 in the forty. He's not fast, fast, but is just fast enough to threaten NFL corners. I think with good training before the combine like players always get help with, he can lower his time to something like a 4.49 or even a 4.45. Kid is a solid WR and will make one in the pros. Will be the surprise one out of the family with his brothers and all.

Absolutely! He's a special kind of kid that is hungry and will do the work it takes to get even better! I would take him in a second!

I can see a team like New England grabbing him in the 1st round. Belichick loves LSU players, and they need dependable, solid receivers.

I hope he goes at 33 for Joe's sake.

Absolutely imo. If he doesn’t go before and they don’t trade the pick, I think the Saints can’t pass on him at #24. He’d be the capable #2 WR we’ve been missing to take some pressure off CGM

I think he will surprise some with a 4.48-4.52 forty at the combine. If he is projected to be more a slot WR then his 3 cone and Pro Shuttle times will matter too.

And there is nothing wrong with being a 2nd/3rd round pick.

Some mock drafts put him in the first round and others put him in the second round. I think a lot will hinge on how well he does in the NFL combine.

Hate to break it you guys but most LSU players will go lower than we and they probably expect. Especially the non-first rounders. I feel for Phillips and Charles.

Nah, he’s either 6’2” or a tall 6’1”. LSU heights are always embellished

He doesn’t have elite size

Jefferson 6'3 192
Ceedee Lamb 6'2.5 195
Juedy 6'1 192
Riggs 6'0 190

Jefferson's size is just fine when you compare him to other projected 1st round guys. I think Jefferson is much better playmaker and route runner than Ruggs, and Ruggs projected to go in the 1st.

The speed is the only thing keeping him out of the 1st round, the 40 will be big for him.

However I don't think his size is a problem. 6'3 190 and an extremely quick and decisive route runner. Has also shown he can read defenses easily by how well he ran his options routes.

Aren’t Tee Higgins and Justyn Ross much slower?

Also, where are the official times you guys look for? I looked on draftscout but they give both he and Jerry Jeudy a 4.5.
