Feeling pressure to win is always there. But that's different than "heat" after one season where he started without a team.
I appreciate the thought that words on a message board, however relentless, can manifest into heat, but they don't. The administration and the money behind them do not make the same knee-jerk decisions that posters on the internet can. They can't, and aren't, emotionally challenged.

This was a bad year we all know this...If next year between who he get's to stay, recruiting and transfer portal, including coaching is the same or worse I would then expect a sit down with MM and SW. It could mean a new coach or giving him one final season to turn it around. Saying that MM will get three seasons to see where we stand too much money involved.
