No byes

Begin on September 19th

Division only (home and away)

LSU played a brutal schedule after Katrina which gave UGA a decided advantage in the SEC championship game.

With an equal footing concerning scheduling, the championship still has integrity.

Then, we simply play our 2020 schedule one year later in 2021.

Thoughts?

Because you need to leave flexibility in scheduling.

Because you need the extra two weeks if a team tests positive and has to quarantine

These aren't "cupcake" games. There will be more injuries and you need to allow a couple of open dates for healing. If the virus kicks up on teams you need the flexibility to reschedule too.

I would like to see us get to that one day...talk about a dominant strength of schedule for the whole conference!
