The 11am game at Syracuse a couple years ago was great. I was living in Chicago, and went to watch at the Standard Bar (LSU bar). They had a brunch deal with bottomless, build-your-own Bloody Mary’s.
Endless bloodies while watching Fournette single handedly destroy a team is awesome. Aside from that, night games all the way.

We had an 11am game in 2011.

I don't mind one or two 11 a.m. kicks per year if they're on the road. That would be a good slot for this weekend's game in Gainesville. Gives the opposing crowd very little opportunity to get juiced.
Ideally, I'd want every home game at 6:30 p.m. CST with a strategic window to schedule road games at 2:30 p.m. CST or 11 a.m. CST.

11 am games are a Midwest/northeast thing

I'm considering very hard creating another account so I can down vote again

The early season 11:00 games would have been hotter than a game later in the day
I think it was the game vs App State that was moved up to like 10am due to Gustav? I was at that game. It was miserably hot!

The problem with the Jefferson Pilot slot is that, the day gets hotter as the game goes on. By the time the game ends, it's the hottest part of the day.
At least with the 230 kickoffs, by 6-630 pm it's starting to cool down a bit.
11 am is fine in the midwest where it's not that hot especially by mid-october.

You know what's awesome? Chestnut Hill...11am kick watching Boston College on a crisp October morning. Absolutely no place like it

11 am games for losers & ivy league!

With that kind of stupid logic, wouldn’t it be better to play at 7:00 AM.

Perfect weather, not to hot and have a little breeze in TS.
Even at 11 am this is not a guarantee.

I was just up there last weekend vs Temple, beautiful weather, but the crowd sucked and it was definitely not an SEC type atmosphere.

11 am sucks. People are only going to get coffee and roll over in the bed to watch the game at that hour. Maybe get a quickie or a shite in at halftime.
