lol thats quite a spin.

so LSU "passed" on Watson (who didnt even make LSU's final two schools of Texas Tech and Texas) because they knew Burrow was transferring 2 days before Burrow announced he was transferring?

that is impressive. most impressive, indeed.

Shea Dixon wrote on May 4th that LSU couldn't commit to Watson wanting to annouce this soon, because you guessed it, they were evaluating a potential QB transfer for the last spot.

Burrow's transfer has been speculated on for over a month. Some slap dick from Florida was posting about it last week, and LSU insiders have been hinting at it for two weeks. With LSU's connection between Busch and Burrow's father, they absolutely were in the loop before the transfer became public.

That's not spin, those are facts. Your source is shite.

Yeah and Pat Surtain Sr and Corey Raymond were very close as well.

But keep acting like it’s a done deal.

As I’ve already stated, LSU fans will stop at nothing to hype themselves up over circumstantial evidence.

I never said it was a done deal. I posted direct evidence blasting your rediculous look at me post, and called your source shite. Let’s stay on topic David.

You’re confusing my two posts, the one regarding Burrow and the one regarding Watson.

Try to stay on topic ;)

I’m not confusing shite, I’m pointing out that if you and your source can’t even keep the very public details of how this has transpired straight, then your opinion on it isn’t worth listening too. The LSU staff had Burrow ahead of Watson on the list of candidates for the last scholly before Watson even got on the plane for BR. LSU has been working this as much as their allowed to until it was made public and have put themselves in good position to land Burrow, as evidenced by his visit. No more, no less.

Yeah, some of the idiots missed last season. He has to do it AGAIN for the morons.

no one said he is enrolled yet. He is coming to hear what your staff has to offer. If he likes it he is in, that simple.

So first, you say that LSU has been working on this for weeks before the news broke that Burrow was announcing his transfer.

Then you say that I can’t keep track of the “very public” details.

Make up your mind.

Yeah, that is VERY EVIDENT to EVERYONE except the MORON you are having the conversation with. He dug himself into a hole spouting bullshite and doesn't know when to quit and just keeps going deeper and deeper. It's funny that he is now trying to make it into YOU being confused. This is good stuff.

Oh, if you don't mind my asking what is the connection between Busch and Burrow's father? Coached together?

Fortunately there are no Sun Belt teams on the schedule this time around.

It takes a lot more than a loss to a Sunbelt team that finished with an 11-2 record to be considered the most incompetent coach in SEC history.

I know it's difficult for you but try to stay on the topic of the conversation you are butting into.

What part of this is confusing for you? Burrow has been privately considering transferring for weeks. Our safeties coach is a former colleague of Burrow’s dad, who likely conveyed Joe may be on the market soon. As soon as Burrow requested his release, he requested LSU be one of the two schools that’s allowed to contact him directly. I’m not sure how much more clearly anyone can lay that out.

True!

10-25 at Ole Miss definitely qualifies though.

Correct.

That’s why when your resume includes posting a winless record in conference play, and you have a career coaching record of under .500, you are allowed into the discussion of that prestigious club.

But enough about orgeron’s unprecedented (LSU is 35-1 vs sun belt teams) loss, this thread is about Burrow

that ole miss record pretty much sums up the most incompetent coach in sec history. Losing to Troy and miss st by 30. Is progress for O.

Last season proved it?

Any brilliant coaching moves on his part?

His best quality is the ability of Joe Alleva to pay Dave Aranda increasing amounts of money.

This part

So again, was it “very public” or was it something LSU was trying to keep under wraps until Burrow made his decision to publicly announce his intent to transfer??

We're well aware that you just post articles approved by Dereck.

I was asking you to provide your opinion on the subject matter.
