Why is Kevin Ford still part of the radio broadcast?

He doesn't go on road trips apparently. It's not like he brings something to the table that he's needed from the studio to interject useless stats and crap.

I'd rather listen to him then Hawthorne who makes every game sound like LSU is pissing on the court from the start of tip off.

He doesn't bring anything to ANY LSU sports broadcast except embarrassment. One of the worst hires in the history of LSU sports. How this clown was hired and continues to be employed by the LSUAD every season is a complete mystery.

I have to take Imodium if I attempt to listen to FB post game... He gives me the flying $hits... Usually I wait until Charles Hani comes on so my bathroom trips is drastically reduced : )

I just don't see why they need him to be part of the radio broadcast from back home in the studio. All he says are stats every once in a while and Jim interrupts him every time because Jim doesn't know he's talking.
I really like the Jim/Ricky Blanton combination.. even if Ricky does dumb it down a little too much for the average fan. But Ricky is a teacher and loves doing that so he brings it to the broadcast. It's not a big deal.

I love listening to Hanigriff because he's pretty knowledgable AND you can tell he loves LSU. But he doesn't sugarcoat it.
