I don’t know if it is accepting mediocrity or there are just fans that all they do is root for whoever is coaching and on the team and they don’t really care beyond the games enough to let it bother them. They watch LSU wins/loses they move on then when they come on again they will watch again and act the same. A new coach comes along and they will do the same.
The rant is filled with people that care more than the typical fan does.

he isn't defending him at all. it seems like lots of folks today are either "all in" or "all out". Don is not taking sides and was merely recognizing PM's accomplishments. an intelligent discussion indeed recognizes several factors and eliminates the knee jerk reactions of immaturity.

There is a large group on here that love the term mediocrity but don't know what it means.

Don and his Dad were (are) both ardent LSU fans. The site is primarily focused on recruiting and is donation based. His Dad always felt LSU fans of modest means should not have to pay to get information about the program’s recruiting efforts. Good people with a devoted Love for LSU.

Nah he is actually pretty negative. Dandy Don’s is the most LSU friendly site out there. He very rarely bashes the school, he will try and find a sliver lining in every situation.
But he is admitting in his posts that things are stale with LSU baseball and it maybe is time for a change.
That is Scott Long’s impression of; “it is time for CPM to go at the end of the season if things don’t abruptly and drastically change” they won’t he knows it which is why he is saying things are stale.

This kind of absolute negativity is what makes life so much fun when the opposite turns out to be closer to reality. Complaining about everything doesn’t mean you are smarter than anyone. Nothing ever improves with this kind of clap trap. Maybe we need a new coach but let’s at least see how this year plays out.
