Why is Coach O held to a higher standard than Les Miles?

Shouldn't it be the other way around. One was paid way more than the other. I'll hang up and listen.

Coach O is arguably doing a better job than Miles would have.

I think it’s because we fired miles to hire O. You would hope to make an upgrade when you pay miles 4 mill/year NOT to coach.

I don’t blame O though. He’s done a decent job fixing problems. (Kickers, qbs, etc) But Alleva is the guy ruining the program, from a sham of a hiring process, followed by ridiculous buyouts/extensions all the way down to game day parking/tailgating. I wouldn’t extend him even if we win football AND basketball championships.

One accomplished much more than the other?

Because he replaced the coach who averaged 10 wins a season and promised a better offense. We're simply holding him to his word.

He's not. However, he was hired to replace Miles, so shouldn't he logically be asked to do better? Logic, that something that you O sycophants don't know about. Now I'll hang up and listen.

Arguably? Really? Miles brought us hardware. Some your argument is fallacious and asinine.

That’s the problem we are still paying miles a crap load of money. I’m hoping O succeeds, but I’m sure O was a cheap temporary higher to keep stability to recruiting.

Logic:

We are 2-0 and O is 23-8 as head coach of LSU. Logic, facts.

Because you fired Les for Orgeron. Normally programs fire coaches to improve.

LOL, nice straw man. The bar is getting lowered every day for O and you know it.

But okay let’s pretend...
So the reason for firing Miles should have been because we wanted lower standards?

O was a cheap hire to keep Aranda.

He isn't.

He's not even hitting the standard that got Miles fired.
