This is very peculiar that Crowton never calls for this and have the QB hit the TE or FB in the endzone. All we ever see in the toss to Ridley inside the Tackles or the Option.

Can't play action when you toss the ball for an inside dive.

Ridley is such a dependable player that it's hard to not give him the ball, but it would be nice to do something a little bit less predictable...

Gary hadn't gotten to that page in the playbook yet.

B/C Crowton is out of the "loop" and has no clue.

Everything happens faster near the GL. JJ has a long drawn out deliver. This isn't a combination that lends itself to the play action pass in that situation.

Because we're saving those plays.

Very low percentage play on third and goal, especially with a usually inaccurate QB and one of your least active receivers. I must admit some of the play calling was creative yesterday, but most of time it makes me wonder exactly what the thought process is.

that play to peterson was terrible. peterson is probably the softest tight end ive ever seen.

the team has scored virtually every time they've used the toss...the problems occurred when they trie to do other stuff

Why Don't We Ever ROLL OUT the QB inside the 3 Yard Line

We only rolled out the QB once all year on a two point play and it worked.

Roll out run/pass option is the best way to pass inside the 3 yard line.
