If Kelly misses playoffs again this Fall, McMahon will be safe another year. LSU will not be replacing both football and basketball coaches in the same year. Woody would be too busy begging the big donors for another handout to buyout Kelly. He’s not going care about men’s basketball.

The transfer portal is full of kids who are literally succeeding at their current school and just want to get paid more.
if they cared about development they wouldn’t be bailing on the coaches who developed them.
Rutgers has 2 fricking lottery picks and missed the tournament. They missed the tournament last year too.
Idk if McMahon will ever make us great, but damn pretending like he couldn’t win a first round tournament game with better players is just knee jerk.

Why didn’t he bring in better players to begin with? Also, you do realize we were ranked middle of the pack in SEC recruiting rankings. At some point no matter who you bring in they need to be coached. We struggled in the non-conference games against the likes of UNO and college of Charleston, y’all are absolutely crazy if you think those teams have a talent advantage.
