Why does Fountain/Reed stay on the 3pt line on offense

instead of being in the paint helping with rebounds or trying to score in the paint. They are not 3pt shooters and teams sag off of them to clog the lane when we drive to the basket on a drive because they aren't a threat out there.

That’s the thing, though…Fountain did play inside last year. And we need him to do the same now. At least he knows how to block out.

He did at the start of the year and he wasn’t playing well. McMahon finally moved him outside and his play drastically improved.
Wanna know why? Watch his MSU tape. He was a faceup four.

Reed should be inside some. He could be good if he would get mean.

Players like Reed and Fountain are wasted on offensive end standing in the corner wide open and can’t knock down shots, they should both be in the 15 ft shot area
