This would be my take as well. I'm not sure it matters how much a gymnast weighs because they aren't running into each other. I looked at the LSU men's golf roster because I assumed that was a no contact sport, and there are no weights listed for the men. Presumably because it isn't relevant.
I guess if people want to find things to be upset about, this is as good as any. Men's tennis doesn't list weights either. Let's get MAD.

Because if they field dress more than a buck fifty - it would be insensitive to list their weight !

You really think men’s rosters are legit? Just look at NFL combine measurements where QB’s listed at 6’1” clock in at 5’9”.
For example, In HS my coach listed my 5’10, 200lb self as 6’, 240 lbs and on and on for everyone else.
