Because she is a raving lunatic. Personally witnessed her bitch out a police officer directing traffic in the parking lot outside of the Box because he stopped her from going. She literally pulled the, "Do you know who I am card?"

The OP has no clue about LSU baseball history.
The K Lady is a true fan and has been a Tiger baseball fixture for decades. And a very positive one. Far greater staying power than most of the posters on this forum. Afterall, she was here first. So show a little respect.

Because she makes such a production of hanging K's and pretends that's why people are there.
I've also heard she's really mean and pulls the "do you know who I am" thing a lot.
ETA: Godfather was at a doubleheader a few seasons ago and after the first game, all the fans cleared out so they could clean up the seats but she wouldn't leave and started to make a big scene. "I'm not leaving! You know who I am?!

What he's getting at is she thinks her little "show" of hanging K's is the reason why fans pack the stadium. Or at least enjoy her little shindig.
She feels like she's a celebrity and has an entitled attitude. She feels she deserves special treatment and she doesn't.
She's a fan like every other person in the park.
I'm a dedicated fan too and I don't expect special treatment from other Tiger fans. She needs to grow up and stop thinking she's better than every other fan.
