He could have played Fullback. He doesn't have the speed to switch to WR

Alright I'll bite. He doesn't have the size for fullback. And you really think he be better than JD Moore or Mouton

Nope but that's his best chance to touch the field if he really loves LSU

We have like 4 scholarship fullbacks, what, he would be 5th on the depth chart there?

And Quinn should have moved to ILB.

There is always a chance the starting QB could get injured, so having a backup with experience is usually helpful.

Etling has just as much college experience in a major conference as Jennings.

Blake Bell @ OU swithed to TE/FB and that's just off the top of my head.

He's too slow for either of those positions.

Blake Bell and AJ are apples and oranges.

Bell was 6'6" and 255. You're truly an idiot.

Bell was 6-6, 260 his senior year at OU. Also, his move to tight end gave him a chance to play, and he has moved on to the NFL as a tight end. Jennings presumably would also like to play, which is why transferring to another school makes sense rather than making a position switch the coaches didn't even ask of him.

You are correct, but I should have made it clearer I was referring to why Jennings remained at QB last season.

I believe if he was still at LSU, both Etling and McMillan would have passed Jennings on the depth chart.

Not gonna belittle your question ...but, think about it. He is not going to beat out anyone that was recruited and has played, and is built for, and has experience at their position. A rare few are athletic enough to even consider that...like the Ohio state QB did last year..........but he was a fluke.
