Did we even burn it? I thought freshman could play in the first 3 games of the year and not lose redshirt

kinda.... it's actually the first 10 quarters, which technically makes it 2 and 1/2 games, but as long as he didn't play after halftime of this game, he is still eligible for a redshirt...
when did he play?

They have to get a medical redshirt if they play.

Like Chavis said. We don't recruit to redshirt. If the player is good enough he won't be here four years anyway. #chavis

If a player plays one play, in any game, period, they lose their redshirt. I have no idea where you came up with that shite.

I didn't realize he had so much of his family play for bama. Glad he chose to come here. Definitely pulling for the guy.
