Ik one of his good friends. He got bad information, Im not sure who from but he was under the impression that most projected picks were going to sit out. They also were telling him he just needs to run a good 40 time and hes gonna be a 1st rounder

Vincent may get drafted, but it won’t be until after the 5th round. Zero reason to opt out. That is one of the dumbest decisions in recent memory.
KVJ's decision will look worse than Malachi Dupree's decision to leave early. He could have played into a 1-2nd round grade with his speed and a breakout year. Oh, well. He's in charge of his life. I hope it doesn't backfire on him.

. Some of his better highlights are from playing at safety last season

Dupre, Vincent, Weathersby, Freak are all guys who received bad advice and declared. I’m sure there’s a handful more. It was essentially a death sentence for their pro careers. We’ll see what happens with Vincent.

Because many kids in the program think all they have to do is make a few big plays and they’ll get paid millions off of it.
Jadeveon Clowney made millions off of one hit.
...but he is the exception.

This. He’s a great athlete, will test well and will get drafted, but people have plenty of tape on his cover skills. He’s not a lockdown guy and never will be.

What makes him drop 3 rounds by sitting out? Because you’re pouty about it?
I’m not pouty a-hole. But he was very average most of last year and isn’t playing this year.
Who on earth do you think he wouldn’t drop?

Weathersby
That's who I was thinking of earlier
Had zero business leaving early.

Not a lockdown guy and will Not have played for a year.
His stock will drop, now matter what Lester Earl thinks.
I’m guessing a lot of teams aren’t going to be very interested in a guy was mostly average BEFORE sitting out a year.

Now all of D1 is playing and these opt outs look foolish.
No they don’t. None of these “opt outs” were going to help their draft stock any more than they did last year.

You think he was going to improve his draft stock over last years performance? With less of a team around him? Lololololololol

He was pretty bad half the season last year?
You think he couldn’t improve his stock by playing well all Season?
Also, if he can’t improve his stock why come back to opt out?I think this Would have been his 4th year he could have left after last season. Clearly HE thought he could improve his stock.

Yes he could have. If he had a great year, even on a bad team he could have improved his stock.
You think NFL teams give a shite about team records when evaluating college players.
There have been plenty of high round picks from bad teams
What’s funny is you idiots who think opting out won’t drop him a few rounds.
Please tell us why sitting out will help him?

That’s happened to several players

Well let’s see, he’s a compact 5’10” 185, plays 2 positions, shows ball skills, & will run a 4.33
What the frick are we talking about here,

Who will not have played in 2 years and despite those numbers was just average when he did play.

You actually think he will go before the 5th round don’t you?
You actually think he could not have improved his stock by returning and having a good year?

Yes in positive he will
