One of the worst threads of all time, and that's saying something.

You're correct that Hodson and Jones never won NC's, but both had very productive NFL careers. Both were hamstrung by Cholly Mac (God rest his soul). JM will be benched shortly and JJ will never even be considered for a starting role in the NFL. If I'm wrong, I will gladly apologize.

OK StompinLeo..Name another team that has 4 QB's that could play division 1 right now. We will have another one next year..So, are you related to Crowton or what?..Do you like the coordination and play calling?..Keep running that to the short side, eventually it will work..C'mon!

What is the point of this thread? LSU is in the NCAA, not the NFL. It's sounds to me like you would rather have a situation like Michigan and Tom Brady. He didn't do shite at Michigan but will be in the hall of fame. I'd rather have the JR situation. I don't give a shite what a player does in the NFL, I am glad Jamarcus gave us his best while in college.

That just tells me how stupid most, if not all scouts are at evaluating talent, if JR was #1 in high school.

You can proofread and correct the subject OP, btw.

I do not believe that Jamarcus Russell would be considered a big time QB in NCAA

I don't know why anyone would ever do business with Don Miller & Associates when they employ such an imbecile.

josh booty - was the #1 qb in the nation out of high school (i know i know, but still)
rohan davey - set every lsu passing record, just about, at the time

Not even on the same level as Hodson and Jones. The others were close.

They really fricked up rating him #1. #1 QBs should do better than 24-4(or something similar), have the highest QB rating their last year in the NCAA, win the Sugar Bowl, and be the #1 overall draft pick.

Well I feel Iike we signed the 2nd best qb and #1 dual threat but we don't use him for that! LINK why would we miles like big runners. Jefferson does pretty good. We just need to be more effecient which comes with time. I hope our coaching doesn't run off recruits.
