Why Baton Rouge Tiger Fans Suck

Only in Baton Rouge can 4-0 feel so much like 0-4...I swear, what the frick is wrong with you people and 3/4 of the people in Tiger Stadium. Is it the culture that breeds such negativity about this football team? I went to the Vandy game and I never heard so much bitching and complaining.
And it really doesn't help our image when Bobby Bouche' calls in to a radio program to "talk bout dat quarbak".
Ignorant fans disgust me. Constructive criticism is great but complaining just to complain is waste of time. You have a thoughtful critique, I don't mind listening but simple ignorance shouldn't be given the time of day.
And how can I judge? I've lived here most of my life, went to the games, and listened to all these complaints before. If this city doesn't have the most negative fans, I'd be surprised.

You are correct. Our fans have become lazy and arrogent since we've won 2 BCS's and are reaching an all time high on the gripe-o-meter.

Relative to the success we've experienced...it'd be hard pressed to find another team whose fans experience such success but constantly loathe themselves with criticism.

Point taken. I will from here on out ignore how bad we looked in any given game against shitty competition.

it is what it is....a little more consistent play will do wonders to calm the masses...in the meantime, nothing will stop the outpouring of venom directed at the team/coaches!

Look, I'm not Mr. Positive and I recognize the struggles of the offense but winning by 4 on the road to a motivated State program does not signal the commencement of 1990 all over again with Curly Hallman.
I think most fans are just frustrated after last year but this has to stop.

have you been satisfied with the last two seasons?
These are the same coolaid drinkers that defended Dinardo til the day he was fired. I get a little sick in tired of getting called it for not accepting 4-5 lost seasons.

I attended LSU from 1989 to 1994. There were 40,000 people in the stands while we were getting crushed by everyone.

We are ranked number 4 people. Don't you see the unicorn shitting skittles??!!! Just accept it, LSU is good. Have faith baby. Don't watch the games and try to form your own thoughts about it all. Just listen to the positive folks around here and read Dandy Don. LSU is great and don't you forget it.
