Why are sections 235 and 236 always empty?

I sit in the south endzone, and across the stadium always notice that those two sections (at the top of the northeast) are always totally empty when the game starts, and fill in throughout the first half (I can only assume as people start to spread out).
Why? Does anyone know?

Is that the section in the corner of the endzone up top on the left side (if you're looking at the field) of the band? If so, I sat there and it was empty all game. We had a lot of room to celebrate and move around, but it wasn't as chaotic as the rest of the stadium.

I think last year someone said that it's the very end of the student section, but no one knows that so no one sits there.

Or, more likely, people would rather be with the most "well-known" part of the student section even if it means squishing together and leaving a whole section empty.

when i was in the student section they used to rope off a section for the time leading up to the game, then when the game started they just walked away... it was retarded... some of the things they do just makes ZERO sense

It's not the law school. The law school is in the northwest corner of the endzone. Same goes for the health science students.

That's the area where High School coaches and 1 guest get to sit for free. I know this because I got in one time with a coach.

Is the upper deck secondary? I got offered coach tix once but it was East Upper.
