Jesus H. Christ it's all about fashions. It always has been and it always will be. Style baby, styles. See what people wore in the start of time until now. Embrace it baby!! I personally like the flat bill look. Looks better than bending it like a horse shoe.
To me it's part of the sport. All baseball players should wear hats. I personally think they should make the girls wear visors. Maybe they should worry about making this a rule rather than worrying if they are wearing horse heads in the dugouts or if God forbid it would have clashed if we would have wore Gold last night and Oklahoma red

That's fine for night games. But a lot of baseball is played in 100 degree heat in mid day during summer. If you're standing out on the field during a 3 hour game with the sun directly over your head a visor = serious medical consequences.
Hell, I remember the pain of a hot sun beating down on the tops of my black baseball shoes. Pouring water on them was useless since it evaporated within 30 seconds after taking the field.
