Why all the Tiger love for Jimbo Fisher? - He's mostly a 4-Loss-Per-Season HC

Never understood all the Tiger love for that guy. He stumbled on to once-in-a-career QB - Just like Chizik/Mahlzahn did at Auburn.
Take away the 3 seasons he had Winston, and he averages 4 losses per season for all the other seasons.

Let's compare his resume to Orgeron's when he was hired. Is it really that hard to understand why people would have rathered Jimbo coaching LSU?

Most people from Baton Rouge personally like Jimbo. Like as a man , or a Baw. Of course that will all change soon enough.
Edit- Also I think he’s known as a QB Whisperer and LSU has struggled with QB Development until St Joseph of Ohio swagged into town.

He was there 3 seasons, Winston redshirted one season. He was whispering to Emanual.
