I don't hate him. But , I think it's BS that ESPN poses him as an "SEC" radio host. Dude is 154% in the tank for Bama.

Fixed it for you.

El Campo, do you honestly think HE chose Spears & Bugga? " Haven't heard him say anything negative bout LSU"? Are you kidding me? He took shots at LSU & CLM all last season, every chance he got. But if you need unbiased proof of his feelings towards LSU, consider that his ESPN radio show was shut down in the B.R. market area as the station was having problems selling advertising during those 4 hours of radio time. Sit down & listen/watch his show for 4 hrs a day for a wk. You'll understand all the negativity here about him. I stop watching him when the season starts & stay away till after recruiting ends in Feb.

Finebaum and Vern Lundquist have it in for LSU and the state of Louisiana.

1. has a kind of douche-ness that is unrivaled. I think its because I feel he is pretending, always on stage.
2. Bama Bama Bama.
He has his good points and I like the long segments with coaches from around the USA.

The dude is a fricking joke and a completely waste of oxygen.

Paul is very entertaining and speaks the truth. He and ESPN covered the flooding more than the national news. He has my respect.

I haven't watched every minute of every show, but I have watched a lot of Finebaum of the last few years, and I've yet to see him display unfair criticism of LSU. He took a dump on CLM in November, but he deserved it.
I feel like the reason his show didn't last on 104-5 (outside of the fact that 104-5 is a joke of a radio station with a poor coverage area) is that, yes, the majority of his show is geared towards Bama and Bama callers. Bama is the best team in the SEC and has been since 2012 (2011 was LSU's year in the regular season, and in 2013 Bama owned the SEC until the Auburn debacle). LSU fans in Laffy-BTR-NO (and Shreveport now that they have 1130AM The Tiger) have several shows to listen to that speak about LSU non-stop, so they get their fill with Hanagriff and a list of others and have no use for Finebaum.
However, for LSU fans that live in Houston, Lake Charles, Biloxi, Mobile, Jackson, Monroe, etc., Finebaum would be completely suitable.

He's a Bama douchebag, douchebag!

He's a saban dickrider of the highest order and his show sucks because he let's retarded gump callers drive the content. No thanks.
Posted on 8/27/16 at 11:58 am to El Campo Tiger
He looks like a dick with very large ears.
Posted on 8/27/16 at 12:45 pm to El Campo Tiger
To even ask the question is preposterous. He caters to Gump nation and is a front runner when it comes to making statements to get ratings. Every thing a true Tiger should hate in a talking head he represents. Best just to ignore him and understand he is on the same level as a Jerry Springer or Geraldo from back in the day.

El Campo, it sounds as if you are trying to justify listening to his show. F-Baum has been consistent in his view of LSU long enough for me to not change because he has a former Saban disciple at the table with him.
The ONLY reason Finebaum may have moderated his tone toward LSU or Miles is because he needs to pickup market share in Louisiana. He may have changed his tone, but he has never changed his spots. Of course, unlike you, I can't tell you what he sounds like nowadays because I cannot remember the last time I have tuned in to listen.

Are you a Pac12 fan?

He had improved since going on tv. He still is hard to look at.

Because of Finebaum, we have a four hour show devoted to SEC Football every weekday of the year!
It is un-listenable. I'll catch it about once a month for 30 minutes and each time I recall why I can't listen to it. Useless dribble by toothless repeat scripted moronic callers.

It is not so much Bama, but Saban's butt that he is up. Marcus Spears played for Saban at LSU, therefore he is cohost

So, like Finebaum, he can tell us all about his favorite Saban anecdotes as well.
