Trey Palmer and Devonta Lee

Tyler Shelvin is going to wreck shop this year. After some growing up and tough love I see him living up to his 5-star billing.

Jamal Pettigrew and Jarell Cherry

Also.
If you could get Soni Fanua and TK Mcljendon to get to second string, that would be a win.

He certainly fits the under the radar bill. Committed early, didn't camp much that I know about. Good lineage and high character guy from the small but powerful Haynesville program.
I can see him surprising a lot of people. He's definitely the kind of kid you root for.

Former 4* recruit (#1 ILB in 2017 class) and doesn’t get enough in the press.
first thing I thought of when I saw this thread. it's weird how little press he's getting. if he doesn't miss the UF game he probably gets up to 100 tackles last year, which isn't too shabby for a first time starter (not to mention we probably don't give up 200 yards rushing and lose the damn game).
any talk on his injury from the spring?

Johnathon Giles. In a new scheme and quicker passing game could potentially have a good season.

I really appreciate CEH at RB- Think he'll be extremely serviceable for us at that spot.
But John Emery cannot and will not be kept off the field.

I think the sleeper pick is going to be the number of people that will contribute to this offense being really really good. LSU recently has relied on 2 maybe 3 people to carry the offense.
I can see 3 go to receivers (Jefferson, Chase, Marshall) on this team 2 more solid ones (Sullivan and Dillon) plus a couple more that may contribute.
1 returning good rb in CEH. 2 true freshmen Rbs that could be great (Davis and Emery). 2 more guys that will have a role in this offense (Curry and Lanard).
And most importantly a competent QB to get all those guys the ball and an experienced o line especially on the interior. If they figure out the tackle spots this team will be great.

Jacoby Stevens is not a sleeper. Dude is bonafide starter at this point and top 10 at his position in SEC

John Emery. By game 2 he'll be ready to go and will have a huge catch and run vs Texas to set up a TD.

Baskerville or Queen.

I am not crazy on Shelvin. What makes you think he will have a huge year?

Im gonna go against the grain and say Breiden Fehoko...back at his natural position ...
