Can't hire him until 2014 so that's not happening because:

A. TJ will either get fired this year or next (more likely next)

or

B. TJ continues to show this program is heading in the right direction and gets to stay

May not be too outlandish!

Bring back Pokey Chapman as men's basketball coach. She knows how to recruit the south. She will have a great offense, a shut down defense and she will leave the players alone this time.

I was considering Darrell Mitchell, but his resume came up just short of what everyone wanted.

wasted thread- TJ will not be fired- he has won enough games to satisfy Aleva- he would literally have to lose all the remaining games and I do not see that happening

Buckle up your PMAC seatbelt and just hold on for the ride- Now that we know Gathers is not coming it is going to get rough and rocky

Remember we are a football school and those of us who care about Basketball or baseball besides football are in a minority that has no voice.

Fran Dunphy: Temple

Steve Fischer: SDSU

I love watching Temple play. They play extremely smart basketball. Fischer was the architect of the fab five. He's turned SDSU into a national player. He's old, but he's an outstanding recruiter and coach.

As recently as two weeks ago, I would have said Shaka Smart. But after reading an article on him, I don't think he leaves VCU anytime soon, unless a really big job were to open. The guy genuinely sounds like he's not motivated by a bigger stage for himself or more money like everyone else. He's turned down opportunities to move up. Sounds like he really cares about staying somewhere for a long while and keeping promises to kids.
