Strictly an opinion. That is not fact, and even you know that.
It's never happened, so I'm playing the odds.

It's never happened, I'll be happy to adjust if it ever does.

But I will say that had we run the table either year, after either loss, we would have been in the NC game. Would you agree?
I would, but a team that has a loss like that never runs the table, so...

Simple common sense will tell you a conference loss hurts your chances at winning the conference far more than an OOC loss.
Not shocked you ignore the data while still being condescending as ever.

Your data is worthless when you consider the level of competition of the overwhelming majority of non conference games.

No one is arguing the mathematics. I will however argue how it plays out in the real world. And the data overwhelmingly supports that. Teams that lose OOC rarely win the championship.

Fair enough. Then say you're playing the odds. Don't state that it's irrelevant. Because if it's possible, there is some relevancy. Agree?

Correct. So you agree, it's your opinion because it's never happened in the past. But it's a possibility, no matter how slight, and thus, it's actually has some relevance, agree?

Which hurts LSU's chance for a conference championship more next year.
Loss to Texas
Loss to Alabama.
Loss to Texas
Loss to Alabama.

It's irrelevant until a team has a loss like that and wins a championship. I will not hold my breath, and if you're honest, neither will you.

Try reading my post before asking your next question.

Probably because the winning pctg vs non conference teams is far higher than winning percentage vs in conference play.
Its' very simple. Context.

I already addressed the point you're trying to make. But since you are slow, I'll say it again.
No one is arguing the mathematics.

1 team has lost an OOC game and won the title in that time frame.
Florida? or were they outside the time frame?

UF when? not '06 or '08. Both losses in conference.
The answer was 2014 tOSU.

Didn't you yourself say that a team with an OOC loss did win the championship within the last 10 years? Am I misreading?

According to you, it has. I trust you on that. Am I wrong to trust you?

No, you still haven't answered the question. You're afraid of it for some reason.
Most teams schedule terrible OOC games. Of course OOC losses will be rare among good teams.
In the current format, which hurts more?
