Not necessarily. Hester had it all 4 years after Mauck left. But chances are it would be an upper classman.
I really don't know who would get it. I like Fournette having the #7.
Quinn would be good (I know he's only a sophomore but who knows). Seems like a good kid on and off the field. Yes, he's had the dropsies but I think he'll get that sorted out.
If not him, it's probably Mills.
