Anderson and Eyanson have been great all year. 2 good pitchers gives you a huge advantage to make the CWS. A month ago we were up 2-0 in the Arkansas series and making a run for sec champs. This team has been projected to make Omaha the entire season. At no point was I thinking damn we suck. Getting swept by Auburn was probably the low point, but we rebounded immediately and they turned out to be a national seed super regional team. And it was still a fluke.

I did. I always feel good if we host the super . It’s hard to beat lsu in the box to go to Omaha. A few have succeeded but not many .

I placed my bets on April 5th. For some reason I placed the same bet twice and now I can cash out one of them to cover the other but I'm not sure if I want to.

A month ago today LSU run-ruled #3 Arkansas 13-3. I would imagine MANY fans thought LSU was Omaha-bound that day

I always knew they could. I've watched almost every pitch this season and it was clear they had the capability to get there. Happy it panned out!

I didn’t see any dominant team in college baseball this year. I figured if they could get hot their chances would be as good as anybody.
Until the NCAA tournament, I thought Arky, Tenn, Texas, LSU, Georgia, Vandy and Auburn were all cream of the crop. Parity was not revealed to me until the regionals.

They have won every series at home this year, including two Super Regional teams and two #2 seeds. There was no reason to doubt they were capable of making it to Omaha with a Top 8 seed guaranteeing home field. There was always the chance of an upset, but I liked their chances. All the struggles were away from home.

When I saw them play DBU in Arlington, I knew they were capable of making it to Omaha.

Been saying all season they have as good a chance as any of the other favorites. Also kept pushing the top 8 seed goal because that makes the road to Omaha much easier.

I knew they were as good as anyone in the country, so I was hopeful.

I thought we had a great shot.

When Texas lost the number one pitcher and LSU won the series against Arky I believed the team started shaping for Omaha. Best two pitchers, best coaching staff, most experience and relief pitchers starting to shine right at the ideal time.
