These idiots are still relevant in 2016? I find that really hard to believe.

I think the Adam Sandler and Blake Clark(Farmer Fran) idea would be a hilarious plot line with Coach O/Water Boy to Louisiana folks. And it would be nationally appealing because Adam Sandler. Lastly, he would maybe want to come down and get some free marketing as he is headlining a comedy show at the UNO Lakefront a month later.

Miles would get polite applause, at best, but probably boo'd. it would not be a good look.
Rock would get people, the players most importantly, hyped the frick up, and he'd be all LSU to help Orgeron
“I had a coach, his name was Ed Orgeron, and he was our defensive line coach at the University of Miami,” said Johnson, who helped the Hurricanes capture the NCAA football national championship in 1991. “He’s a phenomenal coach and crazy as all hell."
“We were raised in an environment at the University of Miami where Ed would say, ‘We don’t give a frick. You go after the quarterback the exact same way. You pin your ears back and get after it. And if the quarterback is able to get the ball off, then it’s your fault.”

it would be cool to have Les leading an alumni group down the hill.
No it wouldn't. The only reason alumni can walk down the hill is because Les is gone.

Les Miles! Do you think he'd pick LSU?

quote:You know, if O pulls off the impossible and wins the championship, it would be epic for him to rip his shirt off on national TV as a huge FU to everyone who has ridiculed him relentlessly since that Ole Miss incident.
Have the Rock give one of the pregame speeches. Then have coach O tear off his own shirt after 6 red bulls
Or better yet, the team should rip it off of him so he can still claim plausible non-endorsement.

Why would it be the rock? What is his connection to LSU
This is my problem with Rock. He has no connection to LSU other than he played for O at a different school. What would be the difference if ESPN brought in an Ole Miss player from 2005 or a USC player from 2013 to guest pick?
This is stupid. It's the mutha f2cking Rock!
