That being said, the Tigers are still champs in my book!!

yup. Alot of these guys couldn't be the head coach of a successful pee wee team, but could coach better than miles.

All things being equal, with the same talent and resources as Miles on Monday night... I'm 100% certain I could have generated more than 100 yards of offense and zero points.
i'm 100% sure you couldn't

I think some of you are confusing Miles with Payton. Miles doesn't actually coach during the game. He is the final authority on plays called and gives pep talk to the players.

I think anybody could do that much. Now, are you asking me if I could have done better coming up with a gameplan over the holidays and out there coaching during practice? Hell no. But I could definitely do what Miles did Monday night.

Considering we lost 21 to 0 and Chavis is in charge of the Defense it wasn't possible to do much worse. I guarantee if I had been calling plays, no would be asking "What if" about us trying to stretch the field.

He'll yes I could have
I would have installed a system like walsh ran with high percentage safety valve passes, gone downfield to the tight end to freeze their line backers and relieve the pass rush. I would have used screens to abuse the pass rush. I would have made their phucking heads spin with the variety of plays we through at them and I would have played mett to the surprise of everyone and shoved it down their throats. And I would do it for free!

Couldn't have done much worse. I can call plays that won't get us across midfield.

I gave the gumps on SECR a ton of crap for their delusions of grandeur before this game.

Sucks that they were right, huh? Have you gone back and admitted that yet or are you too chickenshit?

Easy. OC and DC run your game plan.

As HC, i would have sat JJ a series or two to see what Lee or Mett could do (whichever i'm more comfortable with).

I do. Doing anything other than maintaining the status quo puts the team in a position to perform better.

I'll just say this. I would have at least been a lot more aggressive with play calling in the 4th. Spare me the "he was sticking to the game plan" bullshite. It's the 4th quarter of the BCSNCG, you're down by 2 scores to start the 4th. I'm sure as frick not gonna screen passes, options that have been shut down all fricking game. I'm sure as frick not gonna call an FB dive on 3rd down . And I'm sure not gonna punt the ball with 2:58 left. Could I have done better? Don't know, but I would've tried.

I actually do feel like I could have dine better, but even I'd I couldn't, I wouldn't be makin the kind of money miles makes. That and I'm not a coach, so the fact that I would most likely nor do any worse..........

I really like CLM,but anyone with decent football knowledge could tell JJ was not on his game. Also that shovel fail to ware, would have gotten every qb in the country benched. Bama was daring us to throw and JJ jut would not pull the trigger. PERIOD. Lee couldn't have been any worse. I know the JJ fan boys( not just people whom defend him because I do that, but poster whom never put any blame upon his shoulders)talk about Lee's turnovers but JJ had some as well.

Defense - no way.

Offense - anything would have been better.

Just to give you a little STFU:

You definitely had the better team tonight. I'll be back later to eat the rest of my crow. The Rant is too slow right now.

Couldn't link it due to the SEC Scoreboard being closed. I was one of the first to congratulate the Tide fans over there.

Now, you can go start working on that LSU HC position I assume you feel that you are qualified for. You sure as hell suck at this.

At any point in the game, would you have given Lee a series?
