well he is the head coach so he has to get credit just like any other head coach would get. if you can't handle that then you should just move on.

yep just as he will deserve blame if they lose. I agree

You might want to look at the players that returned on that offense.

Like I said, I expect people like Sammy. You already have it out for E and it won't take much for you to trash him. That's a fact.

The fact that you just compared the players from 2007 to the players this year says it all. You honestly don't get the difference, I truly believe that.

Listening to Ogre is so painful and I often wonder how his assistants must feel about his leadership.

Don’t worry. The assistants are probably more worried about winning games and wouldn’t be worried about something that petty and shallow.

We lost Jamarcus Russell, Craig Davis, Dwayne Bowe going into the 2007 season.

Do you know anything?

I dont Have it out for E. All he has to do is field a good offense. I am Just not giving him a free pass. We play 2 elite teams in the first 3 games. He doesn’t have a month to get the offense ready.

The only ones I think will be upset are the ones that want us to be upset when we’re not upset.

Stupid, I know.

Holy fk. I don't even know what to say, and I'm not even gonna bother listing the players on the 2007 offense. It wouldn't do any good with you.

Yeah I mean We can’t replace 2 second round players but we were loaded after losing the #1 overall pick and 2 first round WR.

It’s easy NOW to go back and point out all the contributors on offense, but it isn’t like we had a done of elite players going into the season.

Lol. Ok Sammy. Bless your heart. You might want to check out the starting wrs and rbs and ol on that team, combined with a fifth year student at QB. Yeah, pretty equal to 2018. You win.

Well, let's hope Burrow is as good as Flynn and we see Giles do some Demetrius Byrd type things.

I am Not saying we’ll ever be 2007 good, but at the same time we have a 4th year QB, a 4th year RB. We have a WR in his 4th year, a TE in his 5th year.

It’s not like we’re a young team, at every position.

Brumsfield is a 5th year player, Cush is a 3rd year player, Magee is a 4th year Player. It’s looks likely that lewis will play and he’s a third year players.

We have plenty of older options at WR if we start Freshmen it won’t be because we have to.

I dont Think we have the quality of 2007 but I do Think we should be able to run our offense.

I am Not saying we won’t look good, I an Saying we should look like we know the offense. There isn’t an excuse for looking like shite early.

We should be able to put a competent offense out there at the very least that can move the ball effectively. Hard to quantify how many points or yards that needs to be. Unfortunately, it's more of an eye test thing. When you fire your first OC after one year and goto a new guy in your second, you just can have guys out there looking like a bunch of slap dicks.

Dude, burrow may be as good as Flynn, but he just transferred here. Please don't compare our rb Corp to that one, especially brousette. That's a ton of production in 07 returning, to nothing in 18.

I'm not even saying 18 offense will not be good, but a REASONABLE person can see it may take a few games to gel with all the new faces.

its besides the point. We are talking about knowing the offense and being able to run it, not production.

I understand If we aren’t 2007 good, but there is a huge gap between knowing the offense and 2007 good.

My gut has told me for some time that O never wanted Canada, that he was forced on him by the AD. My guess is that after kiffin fell through, he wanted E. Wish he would have got him and this was year #2. Jmo
