I like Mingo and Ford. Looked good during the spring, but that could be both good and bad. Just my gut feeling. Mingo will be big on defense and Ford on offense.
I realize you mentioned Ford, but since he is a new starter, I would consider him a darkhorse.

DP on offense, MC on defense.

Baker & Francois at the LB positions. I think their speed will work well in Chavis' system.

Sam Montgomery. He might not make the most plays due to PT restraints but his speed off the corner is going to be a big problem for the opposing tackle/tight end.
Offensively, Stampley at FB.

Ryan Baker, Craig Loston, Sam Montgomery on Defense.
Mike Ford, Rueben Randle, and Jakhari Gore on Offense.

Deangelo Peterson, Claiborne and Loston.
I'd put RR/RS on there but I think they're expected to do good this year even though they're young.

Barksdale at LT & Claiborne (if he starts opposite of "The Umbrella".

I'll go with DeAngelo Peterson. He's a freak with Tight End size and Wide Receiver speed and hands. I look for him to have a breakout season this year, that is if Crowton and the Offensive Line doesn't doom us again.

defense- minter , he looked great n the spring. He will be a good one. Faster than I thought
