That's not necessarily true. Ya, the philosophy doesn't emphasize stolen bases. But if we had a bunch of burners on the bases we would of course be stealing bases. The team isn't very fast. A couple guys can run a little bit but no real burners.

Gio, Stevenson, and Crews are all really fast. Safford can run a bit, too.
ETA: Tre is a bit behind, even when healthy. He's not slow, but Gio, Stevenson, and Crews would absolutely smoke him. Safford probably, too.
