It doesn't matter because it's not important enough to the school.

Yes, Will Wade...

But, we better act quickly. I'm sure the Blue Bloods are going to snatch him away from Mcnese.....right? I mean, they all wanted him after his first year there, but he wanted to stay true to them, so he turned all the blue bloods down, as well as all the other P4 Schools. I don't think that will happen again after this year, as you gotta think they are coming after the 2-4 NCAA Trny guy (Not sure if he has been on the bench for a win though).

Our program certainly has a rich history of tournament wins, doesn’t it?

It does in my lifetime. Maybe you weren't around for the 10-12 years of Prime Brown.....even mediocre teams would make a deep run

You guys get all excited to just make the tourney. We used to believe we could win it all, and came damn close a couple times. So yeah, forgive me for not being thrilled for one and dones.

The best bet is to get someone with the trajectory of Fred Hoiberg. Successful at Iowa State, went to the Bulls and got fired like everyone does in the NBA, and then took the Nebraska job. Nebraska, like Ole Miss, is horrendous basketball program yet is now making NCAA tournaments.

Billy Donovan. Been spinning his wheels with the Bulls for 5 years. If he's not already fired, McMahon should be fired 90 seconds after Donovan is in Chicago.

5 years ago this question meant a lot more.

Today, you back the truck up to the recruits/transfers. Basketball if a very talent driven sport, if you have the talent, you will win.

If LSU wants to be competitive, you need to spend big money on players.

This isn't wrong but our fans don't support the program. We need a coach to light the fire in order to generate the money to eventually spend on players.

Cool. We made the final four forty years ago and 1 time since then. Definitely a basketball powerhouse.

Will Wade

It will never happen, but you would not have to back the truck up to get him. He is at frickin’ McNeese. He would probably love to come back. The problem is he would need some job security guarantees(maybe a longer contract) after what happened. If all sides could put their pride aside it would be an upgrade over McMahon.

Lsu will never be a basketball power. Those days are done. The last time we EVER had a chance was with Shaq, Stanley, and Chris Jackson. The HS talent in LA is lousy. Brady had some good teams , but lacked perimeter shooting. Wade? Please. An arrogant wannabe.
