Quentin. Played solid last year in minimal action, similar to Brockers's redshirt freshman and Logan's redshirt sophomore year. Twill be his money year in 2014.

I think it will be Danielle Hunter. I think the majority of fans think he will be good but I think he's gonna have a dominant season. Nobody is going to be able to block him.

Hunter will dominate even more than people think, but I believe that Bower and Bain will be the suprise players.

bold prediction. very doubtful as a true freshman. dude has a LOT of belly fat - he'll need the redshirt year for strength and conditioning. i don't think he plays this year at all.

Rasco injury prone.

I'm going lacatour.

Hunter isn't a surprise, we already know what to expect from him.
Maybe there's another young guy in there we aren't considering... Bain perhaps.
91 is the answer IMO.

Maquedius Bain is going to have a breakout year IMHO. Danielle Hunter is going beast mode.

Dude, you've got to be trolling. You consistently find the white guy even when there's only one.

I don't understand why so many of you constantly make threads concerning players about race...

Serious question, is or is not Christian lacatour a worthy answer?
Yes or no?

I'll answer.... Of course he is.
I dont make things on here about race.
You tards do.
It's almost like it angers some of you.
I don't get it.

This is my pick as well. He is an unknown commodity right now. If I remember correctly he only played football a couple of years in HS. If he won a major Div 1 scholarship with limited experience then he has a lot of potential.

no, because he was in the rotation last year. doesn't fit the criteria of suprise. We're pretty much all expecting him to get significant snaps (more than last year) and perform at a high(er) level.

kid? who's assuming (and bringing race into this as you are want to do in every post) without thought now.

So because someone didn't mention EVERY FRIGGING PLAYER you are going to use that as the basis of some ulterior motives?

slink away, do us all a favor.

Where did I say anything about Rasco or Hunter? Comprehend before you post...

Rasco and hunter have been mentioned numerous times in this thread.... As upperclassman.
You said CL isn't a viable option bc he played last yr... (I can quote you if you need me to)
91was a true fresh that got lots snaps.
I don't need to mention every player. . A question was asked and I answered it.
Yeah what a concept that he could possibly break out this yr and surprise people.

How exactly did I bring race into this ? Please link it.
Once again, fricking think before you post.

Jermauria Rasco is primed to have a dominating season. We're certainly going to need him and the entire D to get back to dominance in order to win us games until the O gets off and running.

Is Lacouture a legitimate answer or not

Yes, it's a legitimate response. It's one of about eight legit responses, so 12.5% chance a non-racist, or non-troll, would pick him. Same at LB. At QB in 2011 it was 50%. On the oline, it's maybe 2 of 10. When you pick the white guy EVERY time, the odds of it being a coincidence is about 0.15%, or about 1 out of 700. Oh, I forgot the 50/50 at fullback last year, so 1 out of 1400 chance that you're not a troll or a racist. And that's just the ones I definitely remember. I think you were picking Rivers over AJ last year, which would put the odds near 1 of 3,000, but I'm not sure of that one.

BTW, I'm white, and the sort who makes fun of people's race, ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation, because I think that stuff is funny. So I'm not uptight about it. I just think your attitude is funny, too, and I'm trying to figure out whether you're a troll or a bigot. I think you're both; when posters started noticing your bigotry you started trolling. Just a theory, though.

I've never been big on Rasco personally. I'm not downing him, but I feel like he under performed last year. Now Danielle Hunter, I'm happy to have him back.

Rasco was our best Dlineman last year. And will be the best this year, injury permitting. If injury free, Rasco will be all SEC this year. He is one of our most underrated players by the fans.

But to answer the OP question. It will be Trey L. His quickness is off the charts. He reminds of Dorsey who when shown in slow motion in college was in motion long before anyone else on both lines. That is a unique talent and pure gold for a DT against an OL. It gives the DT an extreme advantage.

BTW Kyle Williams is #5 in the new DT rankings in the latest NFL I saw LOL

but not by me, who you responded to (calling me a "kid" along the way). Again, pay attention and comprehend.

No need to quote, I did it for you. I know what I said. I said he doesn't fit the criteria of a surprise to me. That's all; he did a damn good job last year and I won't be surprised when he does even better this year. And my choice for the the surprises are consistent with my statement because of the lack of significant snaps- Bain and I'm hoping Gilmore.

quote:

Once again, fricking think before you post.
you applying OTHERS choices (Rasco, Hunter) to me, tells me you should take your own advice boy.

Are you mad because I answered you the first time with a straightforward answer? or is it because I said something other than what you wanted to hear? No matter. It's not worth pondering.

Bain or QT for me.

Everyone expects Hunter to take his game to the next level, so I cant really but him as a "surprise" player.
