Because you know nothing about football. He will be drafted early on day two. Barring injury, he’ll get rich.

So you should be wishing a former tiger well. Right?

Practice squad money ain’t shite. I make more. I’m sure you don’t. This dude will be fine and rich.

He flunked out, not exactly his decision.

Or...you could come back to school, get an education you may very well need, get everything for free, and try to improve to the level of making guaranteed millions, and not have to hope to latch on to a practice squad. Worst case, his practice squad dream is still there next season.
Your logic is not wrong in a vacuum but you have no idea what his particular situation is. Suppose the kids family is living in poverty and making practice squad money would change their lives? I doubt anyone is advising him to leave and he may not even want to. Everyone just assumes he’s dumb or selfish but I believe there’s probably much more to the story.

I’m fully caught up that some people think lsu should be everything to these kids life but it’s not. If it was he would be playing in the bowl game but I’m not one going to say somebody should skip out on a chance to make as much money as they can while they can make it. Try to keep up you stupid fuk

I've been saying he should do what's best for him, tough guy. I think if he wants to go, he should go and I hope he does well. Also never said that you said he should or shouldn't skip the game. Once again, you've grossly misunderstood what was being talked about.

You are way off. He will be drafted 3rd, or 4th round. Barring injury, he’ll be solid and get rich.
If he's drafted in the 3rd or 4th round, his decision would have been a good one.
I think the chances of that are slim to none if the assumptions about his knees are anywhere close to being true (degenerative, bone on bone, arthritis, etc.)

Darius,
I was wondering, do you think he’ll get rich ?

If so he could have finished the year and not quit on his team.

No way, too many questions around his knees and durability. He will go very late if at all.

This is that again
Been in the league for 5 years and has made 1.8 mil. Try again

1.8 mil over 5 years is good money but definitely not life changing especially after taxes and agent fees.

There should be a protection-like rule/law for players being advised to go into the NFL who have little chance of doing so in the earlier/mid rounds. Some of these agents should be held liable for poor advice. NCAA should think of the players.
