My normal section

quote:

One area for the spillers.

I've gotten to the point where I can drink enough during tailgating to keep me happy until about halftime. Then I sober up enough to be fully aware and really enjoy the second half.

Every so often, either I bring something in or somebody I'm with brings something in. Then it gets ratcheted up a level and I have been known to be a spiller.

I was in rare form at the UGA game. I have nice seats in EU - only one row in front of me. Well, I kept sloshing my drink on a big play and spilling on the guy in front of me. I apologized, but I probably had to apologize like 8 times. I could tell it was pissing him off, but he was cool about it.

quote:

I always seem to get stuck between two polar opposites where the people in front don't wanna sit down and the people behind don't wanna stand up. I usually bridge the gap by standing for big plays and key moments of the game.

I want to either sit or stand. I don't care - pick one. I can't stand when people will sit and then as soon as the play starts, they stand again. When the play is over, they sit again. Friggin' pick one already!

Either 1975 or 76, but I am thinking 75. It was against Vandy and Pat Lyons was QBing and threw an interception. My friend who had also had a few with me jumped up and screamed at Lyons calling him an MFing a-hole. We were on the second row at the time, and an EBR deputy was a few seats down. The fact that Scott was so drunk that he let my 5th of JD go through the popcorn box didn't help. Problem was both the cop and I wanted a piece of his arse. The cop for his screaming obsenities, and me for his breaking my bottle of Jack.

I went back to the car got my extra ticket and i back in T.S. at half time.

I dont see why anyone would break the TS Golden Rule of "If you see something you don't approve of, shut the frick up and watch the game (except under certain circumstances)"

it's just not worth it, whinner. Alcohol addicts like you never consider that others want to watch the game.

Yeah - I don't enjoy the games anymore when I have these drunken arse bastards all around me spilling their shite and talking their shite and some of them even sitting in their shite or letting it run down their legs.

I think all these drunkes bastards ought to have to sit outside the stadium and be forced to watch OTHER drunken arse bastards spill shite on THEM until they sober up. Then they should be forced to watch THEMSELVEs on video until the parking lot clears out.

DAMN - I hate drunken bastards who think they are cool and funny and privileged. As far as I'm concerned those drunk in public should be shot on sight, and the cleanup bill for disposing of their carcus should be charged to their estate.

Drink yourselves blind in private - puke in your own bed - spill shite on your own couch - make funny jokes to your own wife - look cool to your own kids.

Quit inflicting your bullshite addiction on innocent people.

I got no problem with those who can drink responsibly - and even though it is illegal, I would not care if someone sneaks in a drink for the game.

But DAMN you assclowns who think it is cool to get tossed out of a public stadium for getting falling down stinking drunk.

Grow up.

I'm still embarrassed that I got removed from the premises before I got to my seats at the Fresno St. game in '06. The thought of it is shameful and I plan to never let it happen again.

I see where you are coming from with the people that are obnoxiously drunk and are those complete assholes. I agree with you that those people shouldn't be allowed to be in public, let alone a football game.

It is the normal people who aren't alcoholics who bring drinks into the game where I disagree with you. What is wrong with someone making a couple mixed drinks during a 3-4 hour period? Those flasks don't hold enough to get anyone that plastered. Let me also tell you something about spilling. No matter if you are drunk, sober, retarded, young or old, when you have 94,000 people crammed into one area, there are going to be spills. Get off your high horse, enjoy the game and keep your opinions to yourself. If you don't want to deal with the norm at a football game, don't come.

It is a shame that people like yourselves rat others out because you don't agree with their choices. Yes, it may affect you because you can't see the game or you get something spilled on you. I don't agree with the majority of people out there and their choices but you don't see me trying to enforce my views and beliefs on them. You two are the real assholes here and need to stop being such pricks.

You go to a football game to watch the gd game. Not to have someone throw up on you or to have your view blocked by a drunk ahole who doesn't realise how much of a dick he is being. That's why a rat may be needed,, some people don't care or know how they affect other people in public.

My girlfriend at LSU's uncle was in charge of all ticket collection at Tiger Stadium.

Even when we got caught with booze....and we did, she simply asked the man to call her uncle. When Uncle Carl got there....he would tell the guy "I'll handle this"...bring us a few feet away under the stadium...give us our booze back...and kiss my girlfriend on the cheek and tell us to have a good time....

I have also seen someone thrown out return to their seats...something which I believe is quite rare....

During an Ole Miss game, the man sitting next to me tore the sleeve off of an Ole Miss student's blue blazer while trying to grab his rebel flag. A brief scuffle began...and the man was tossed...

On the way out, he asked his date and another couple if they needed anything while he was gone. They said, bring a few cups of ice....

Fifteen minutes later...he returned with ice.

I was impressed. I asked him what the cops told him and he said..."Don't do it again..." and he laughed...We then drank screwdrivers together the entire second half of the game....Very nice memory.

I got kicked out of the Tulane game in 2001. Some A-Hole was sitting in the stairwell in the student section. I had to pee. I asked him to move twice and I know he heard me. He didn't move. So i pushed him to get out the way. I got to my students seats 2 hours before gametime to get a good seat. this a-hole walks up at gametime and sits on the stairs. when i got back from peeing, his bitch g/f had a cop waiting on me. i looked at him and called him a pussy but he wouldn't even look me in the eye.
