The quarterback situation is abysmal. One year of mett and look at the rest back to russell. Urban meyer won the championship with his 3rd string qb. Let that sink in. Imagine us on 3rd string and who that would even be. It's the coaches job to get every player AND their backup ready to play. If Cameron isn't controlling this offense then why not a hint of it from him? To me... that makes it even worse.

The offense under the next OC would look suspiciously like the offense under the current OC

Either he's bad at developing QBs or Brandon Harris is just that bad.

He just passed for 271 yards. That's been peoples big issue, well they passed it Saturday night.

We've had the exact same offense for the entire Miles tenure. It's pretty obvious to me.

I know he was fired from his last OC position. Fired. I'm having a hard time remembering the last good OC that got fired.

I think our problem is QB development. Our QB's look like deer caught in headlights. Even Mettenberger's first year.

Ever since we lost Perrilloux, I swear man....

od. I think he is mediocre because he cannot change the scheme to use the talents of his players.

He's run different schemes at both the college and NFL levels

He's shown the ability to turn mobile qbs into QBs with exceptional pocket presence and footwork

He was fired from an NFL HC job and an OC job after a long nfl tenure.

His track records with QBs may be the best at any level of football, so I find it hard to believe he's the issue.

He was criticized in Baltimore near the end for not giving the ball to Rice enough. Does that sound like our issue?

No telling, but here's what we do know:

Multiple OCs and different players over last several years; same issues...what is the one constant?

It is critical regarding the integrity of this program that LSU diligently screen the next scapegoat.

4 year tenure where he developed flacco.

Still has a lot of respect in that organization

Brees, Rivers, Flacco, Taylor are all his guys

many believe he was fired to get the attention of the team.

his baltimore offense looks nothing like the offense that is run here at LSU except for the deep throws. and even those are to the sidelines the majority of the times.

I don't think we have seen him be an OC at LSU yet.
