I was there... I was in the opposite end zone where the final TD happened so we couldn't tell if he actually scored or not. UT fans were none too pleased with us.

I remember being at a marching competition during this game. I stored an fm radio with headphones in my hat and listened to the game while waiting for our turn to perform. I did the same for the 08 Alabama game.

Loved this game. Was about 10 rows up on the ten yard line across from the lsu section...they got half of my bourbon in the way in but they thankfully didn’t search my other sleeve...I remember standing in stunned silence when Doucet caught the winner with 9 seconds left.

I was there! I sat in the front row of the end zone that Early scored that last TD in. I was one of the only LSU fans in that area so if you watch the replay of it you can see me stand up and hold both arms in the air signaling a TD while all the Tennessee fans are sitting down.

It was really hot and traffic was terrible. And the game sucked.

Saw Doucet catch the game winning touchdown in the opposite corner from your video. Had so much fun watching Tennessee lose I went to the game again in 2010, 2011, and 2017.

One of JaMarcus's best games.
He was equal parts bad and good that day. His 3 ints kept Tennessee in a game LSU seemed to be dominating. But he also had some huge plays (including several on the ground) give LSU the win vs a top 10 team on the road.
That 2006 team played only 4 road games. ALL were against teams ranked in the top 10 at the time they were played. Probably the best LSU team no one really remembers

I see your 2006 and raise you a 2010

Mostly true - one of the INTs was the result of him being hit as he threw and another was a pass that sailed on him. Mostly it was the combination of a first time starter QB and Robert Meachem kept the Vols in the game.

I’ve been to almost every LSU home game since 1968. Even a few before then. So yes, I was there.
