Who does Joe Sloan sound like?

Have you ever heard him speak in an interview? I listened to him in a 30-minute preseason interview on YouTube. I swear I thought I was listening to Jimbo Fisher. If you were to close your eyes and weren't told who was speaking, you'd think it was Jimbo Fisher talking. Not from a football knowledge standpoint, but from a rapid-fire, speed-talking, hard-wired super car salesman standpoint. They sound the same.
