Who did Purdue Fort Wayne replace on our schedule?

Coach Johnson has said multiple times that a team backed out in September and left us high and dry to find an opponent. Does anyone know who that was originally?

He wouldn’t name the team but it was because they got a new coach. So that narrows it down some.

Washington is in Seattle. Spokane is where Gonzaga is and is nearly in Idaho.

This is actually my guess as to the team that was on the schedule.
The game likely got scheduled because of Kelly's ties to LSU. Another former LSU guy takes over In July and the game is canceled by September because of a new coach.
