poor justice...he was humiliated by lising to a 11 win team with backups...a team that the national champion had to score late to beat. Poor thing.

dumbass what on earth does Clemson beating them in 16 have to do with LSU losing to them in 17??

Uh what argument did I lose? Specifically? I haven't argued anything. I've only stated you are a miserable, negative individual....and I'm optimistic about this season. As you say, those are facts. Try and enjoy your day. I still believe you are either a former player that never lived up, or that you are somehow connected to miles. Just too much of an agenda of constant hate for too many months

Lsu was extremely limited against a competitive team that won 10 or 11 games

Has anyone denied we had players missing or Troy wasn't a good team?

You are conveniently neglecting the fact that our lack of depth on defense was exacerbated because our offense couldn't stay on the field.

The offense that Orgeron admitted to meddling with. The one with a RB that Orgeron didn't know was starting. The one where players admitted to running plays from 2016. The one that got shut out in the 1st half.

For someone claiming to be objective, why aren't you acknowledging those things too?

for starters claiming you don’t make excuses than make excuses for the Troy loss. Than claiming your not all about O then defending the loss to a sunbelt school. I could go on. You’ve contradicted yourself throughout this whole thread to a point everyone’s laughing at you. You are a disgrace of a fan to excuse losing to a sunbelt school at night on homecoming. You excuse it all because Troy played Clemson tough one year prior. Great stuff.

You listed two players that were ineligible as reasons LSU lost to Troy

I said absolutely nothing about Troy. If I did can you refresh my memory please? ? ?

Good coaches figure it out

Yeah, when the game before they had a D-lineman who played every defensive snap of the game. What are you going to do?
quote:

shite, when Florida came here in '16, they had way more injuries and figured it out. McElwain isn't even a good coach.

Do we get to count 2016 and the bowl win against the #13 team in the country and Heisman winner or not? Waiting for a definitive answer because I don't count Eaux's record during 2016 in his accomplishments.

You say Orgeron is a good coach. I said he was a good coach, so yes I don't get why he didn't figure it out.

Well he could have played a WR at defensive tackle I guess. What do you think? Do I need to post the part about him having 4 D-linemen for 3 spots again? What would you have done? What would Aranda have done?

You said, in this very thread, that Orgeron's resume in the last decade was "impressive".

You are a liar. That simple. I haven't contradicted myself at all. If O fails this year he should be terminated. I've stated that numerous times. But I get it...I've lurked for many months on here...this is who you are...bashing, negative, shite stirring...just an overall miserable person. Sadly, this site is your life....heading to beach to try and enjoy the rest of this rainy day.

“Troy isn’t terrible”

Troy Is as embarrassing a loss as I have seen in the last 15 years of LSU football. The difference between the two teams/programs/schools in almost every category possible is like night to day.

The L for Clemson was just as embarrassing. The difference was that no one cared a flying flip cause Clemson overcame that adversity to win a national championship. LSU had a 4 Lost season and a disappointing recruiting class.

Well, considering you don't include interim stints as accomplishments, I'd like to know what makes his resume "VERY IMPRESSIVE".

His resume the last decade is quite impressive.

You say a lot of stupid shite on this board, but this has to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard you say. This will be the first year that Coach O had a chance to be above .500. That's a joke considering the fact that EVERYONE in this country thinks LSU is a top 10 job.
"I'm going to bring in the best coordinators." Inherits Aranda, hires and fires Canada, and then hire Ensminger, who hasn't been a full time OC since Bill Clinton was president. Most of the kids on LSU's roster weren't even born at that point.

By the way... How many of the teams that LSU beat last year finished with a winning record? And how many of those teams now have new coaches? Oh, and if you are going to respond to me please use your own words instead of quoting people who are hired to write pro-LSU articles.

We were talking about the Troy game and the injuries to the DL when you came in with your injury excuses. What the hell are you talking about??

Again, I don't get paid $3.5M to know the answer to that question.

The subject didn't have a damn thing to do with accomplishments or records. It was about that one game.

If you had paid attention up to this point you would know that I was defending you on this point and gave O credit for the win AND shutting down Jackson.

Once again, it's not my job. But, there's no way in hell a rational person can say that because there were only 4 defensive lineman that it's an excuse to lose to a team that 247 has list 110 spots behind them in talent rankings. The game wasn't even that close til late in the 4th quarter.

Who won the game? They figured it out because they have good coaches.

Jesus, do you not realize that in sports almost losing and almost winning means absolutely nothing?
